1. Using SEA MCP

By using SEA MCP (https://seamcp.com), its website and MCP servers, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. The data

SEA MCP serves data collected from public sources for research and informational use. It may be incomplete, out of date or wrong — check anything important at the source. SEA MCP is not affiliated with Shopee, Grab, the Indonesia Stock Exchange or any other company whose data it serves.

3. Accounts and limits

Access requires signing in with Google. You are responsible for activity under your account. Monthly usage limits are shown on your account page and may change.

4. Fair use

Do not resell or bulk-export the data, overload the servers, get around usage limits or access controls, or use the service for anything unlawful. We may suspend accounts that do.

5. No warranty

The service is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for losses arising from its use, including decisions made on its data.

6. Changes

We may update these terms or the service at any time. Using SEA MCP after a change means you accept the updated terms.
